Stress isn’t a sign that something’s wrong with us — it’s a natural cycle our bodies go through. This week, we’ll start to understand that cycle more clearly, and explore how stress accumulates (and completes) when it doesn’t get a chance to move through.

Before we can feel safe, we have to know what safety feels like. We’ll slow down, listen in, and notice the early signals our bodies give us — so we can come back to ourselves more quickly, more often, and with more trust.

WEEK 4
In the middle of stress, we don’t need a perfect plan — we need something simple we can actually do. This week, we’ll practice a simple, powerful, 4-step practice you can reach for when everything feels too loud or too much.

Change doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Here, we explore the quiet magic of ritual — not the grand kind, but the kind that helps us feel steadily safer, and more like ourselves. That’s where real resilience begins.

We’ll look with honesty and gentleness at the patterns that keep us stuck. Not to fix ourselves — but to understand. This is the week we begin to unhook from old cycles, and open space for something new.

We all reach for something when we feel out of control. This bonus week invites us to understand common addictive behaviors, not as failures, but as nervous system strategies — and to learn what we’re truly reaching for underneath.

Over 15 years ago, I turned to self-care to recover from burnout as a corporate lawyer. What began as survival became a new path — one that led me to teach, coach, and support women through stress and transition.
Since then, I’ve focused on helping women create conscious care — the kind that’s practical, grounded, and truly supportive through life’s hardest moments.
Inner Safety is the program I wish I had back when I first started.
Back when I thought stress meant I was doing something wrong — instead of something real. It’s the clearest, most personal expression of what I’ve spent my entire adult life learning: that self-care isn’t a treat, and stress isn’t a flaw. This training is where I bring together science, ritual, and soul — so you can come back to yourself, even when the world keeps pulling you away.

HOW DOES INNER SAFETY WORK?
Inner Safety is a personal training designed to help you understand what’s really happening inside you — the physiology of your stress response — and build the tools, rituals, and rhythm you need to feel steady again.
You'll receive a new module every Monday for six (6) weeks – plus a bonus module at the end. Each module includes a mix of video lessons with audio, plus worksheets and rituals to support your journey.
You’ll have lifetime access to everything, so you can move through it at your own pace, in a way that fits your life.
Plus, everything is prerecorded, so there's no need to be online at a specific time. You can engage with the course when and where it works best for you.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
Inner Safety runs for 6 weeks, plus an extra, optional “bonus” week at the end on selected common stressors of scrolling, mental spiraling, and staying up late.
DOES THE TRAINING START ON A SPECIFIC DATE, OR IS IT SELF-PACED?
The next program begins on Monday, June 16, 2025, and registration details will be open to the waitlist first. Once you're enrolled, you'll receive your modules each week and you can start and end when you like. Trust your own perfect timing.
WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME?
No, because your content is delivered by email that you can save forever, your “access” does not expire. You are also welcome to download the content onto your personal device (for your personal use only) in the event that referenced links to documents change in the future.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF INNER SAFETY ISN'T A FIT FOR ME?
Because of the digital and downloadable nature of this experience, all purchases are non-refundable. You will continue to receive program curriculum until it ends.
