Welcome to an 8-week experience designed to help you hear your own intuitive guidance (aka “Quiet Voice”).
You don't have to be a wellness expert. You don't have to spend hours a day on complicated, woo-woo rituals. You don't need to carve out extra time in your calendar (who has that anyway?).
Simply show up once a week (but you can go at your own pace), and I'll lead the way, step by step.

Here's what we'll be doing together…
In Week One, we begin by identifying what intuition really is, and common conditioning that has convinced you to ignore it. You’ll start tuning into your Quiet Voice, and noticing the first signs of intuitive clarity
Doing less can actually help you know more. In Week Two, we practice clearing mental and emotional clutter so you can hear yourself more clearly. You’ll begin small shifts that lead to big intuitive connection.
Here's what no one tells you: falling apart is often the first step to falling into place. In Week Three, we embrace the skill of release—letting go of control, trusting the unknown, and allowing your intuition to guide you through life’s natural shifts and transitions.
Intuition thrives in safety. In Week Four, we create a stable internal foundation of self-trust—a soft place to fall—so that no matter what’s happening around you, you have a steady, compassionate place to land.
Movement and stillness are both essential to intuitive clarity. In Week Five, we learn to listen to the body’s cues, balance action with rest, and create a rhythm that allows your insights to flow forth freely.
Your Inner Sage always knows the right next step. In Week Six, we distinguish between intuitive expansion (when to step into something new) and contraction (when to pull back, regroup, and listen). No more overthinking—just clear, confident choices.
'Ever feel pulled down with the weight of the world? In Week Seven, we identify the hidden, leaky energetic ties holding us back and practice the art of conscious detachment—allowing you to reallocate your resources to what truly serves you.

HOW DOES INNER SAGE WORK?
Inner Sage is a program designed to help you create an unshakable sense of intuitive connection in eight (8) weeks. You'll receive a new module every Monday. Each module includes a mix of written lessons and audio – around 10 minutes on average – plus (optional!) short video reflections to help you integrate this incredible, but intangible “woo woo” sense into your everyday reality. You'll also get a printable book in PDF format, for easy, organized reference.
You’ll have lifetime access to the content as long as its available, so you can move through the material at your own pace, in a way that fits your life.
Plus, everything is prerecorded, so there's no need to be online at a specific time. You can engage with the course when and where it works best for you.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
Inner Sage runs for 8 weeks total. The first week, you'll get an introduction to intuition, and then you'll receive a new module each week for the following 7 weeks.
DOES THE PROGRAM START ON A SPECIFIC DATE, OR IS IT SELF-PACED?
The next program begins on April 7, 2025, and registration details will be open to the waitlist first. Once you're enrolled, you'll receive your modules each week and you can start and end when you like. Trust your timing.
WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME?
No, because your content is delivered by email that you can save forever, your “access” does not expire. You are also welcome to download the content onto your personal device (for your personal use only) in the event that referenced links to documents change in the future.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF INNER SAGE ISN'T A FIT FOR ME?
Because of the digital and downloadable nature of this experience, all purchases are non-refundable. You will continue to receive program curriculum until it ends. I AM BUSY ALL OF THE TIME. HOW CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY SCHEDULE?
Inner Sage is a flexible program, designed specifically for busy caregivers who want to develop their intuitive skills in an efficient way. It is intentionally self-paced, with a low time commitment. You’ll need time to read the lessons/steps by email, and do one intuitive self-care practice per day—around 10-20 minutes—less time than most of us spend scrolling social media.
